A Year At The Wallow

Joshua and I moved into the Wallow sometime in October 2009, so it’s just now been one year here. I was driving up to the house the other day and thinking to myself how much I still love it. I’m prone to boredom and used to moving around a lot. It’s easy for me to fall in love with a place and just as easy for me to lose interest. The Wallow still delights me every single day, though, in every single way. Here’s a look at the seasons of the last year from around the Wallow. Keep Reading

Tiny Finds at the Wallow

Noticing Nature

Ever since moving into The Wallow, I’ve been noticing the little details of nature more often. Are there more spiders in this house? More birds in this yard? More bugs in this grass? Maybe. Or maybe I’m just paying more attention to these kinds of details. In any case, I am happy to be settled into a place where I notice the growth of life all around me. Keep Reading

Fall Equinox

This was a post I made on my LJ back in 2004. As another Fall Equinox rolls around, I was reminded of this post and the people from it who are still in my life. I no longer call myself Pagan, but most of the sentiments I felt then are no less true for me now. Enjoy. Keep Reading
