I have never been to burning man but have wanted to go. I have been able to go to other festivals one in particular always stands out it was Unity in the middle of nowhere West VA. Maybe next year I can save up and check it out. Looks like a great experience and I have always heard such good things about it.

@Olivia I can't remember exactly where you live, but there are some non-North-America Burning Man events. The biggest one that comes to mind is Nowhere in Spain - http://www.goingnowhere.org/ - probably not close to you, but closer than Nevada!

Marx said that a commodity was a good to which value was added by human labor, and which was produced with the goal of selling it for a profit. So – services are not commodities. Home knit sweaters given away for free don't count either. Bottled water would count.

This is the first time I have heard of burning man - sounds pretty fascinating to me!
